Participation is open to businesses that represent, promote or sell a design product or service. All applications are reviewed for compatibility, quality and appropriateness. Each new applicant is also required to present a proposed booth design, which is similarly reviewed.
Applications & Floorpan.
Main Exhibit Space.
Main exhibit floor space is raw and available by the square foot at $36 CDN/square foot, plus HST. Some corner fees apply. Please contact us for currency conversion.

The Studio North and Prototype sections are promoted as one of the highlights of IDS. They are hosted in a gallery-like space on the show floor, presenting independent design at its best.
What is Studio North? The marketplace to showcase your custom work and limited-edition collection to the design industry, media and a discerning design audience. Over 65 Canadian and international designers of the highest calibre present one-off and custom collections of furniture, lighting, glass, ceramics, textiles and surface design in a gallery-like setting.
Prototype is a platform within Studio North, featuring products not currently in production and addressing new ideas for the residential market. Past prototypes have featured both to-market and conceptual works.
