Metro Toronto Convention Centre
The Interior Design Show (IDS) is committed to excellence in serving all customers including persons with disabilities. We are also committed to giving people with disabilities the same opportunity to access our goods and services and allowing them to benefit from the same services, in the same place, and in a similar way as other participants.
Wheelchair availability: The Metro Toronto Convention Centre has a limited number available on a first-come, first-serve basis via the MTCC Guest Services Concierge located in the lobby on Level 500 (South Building).
Service Animals: Service animals are allowed into all areas of our events that are open to the public.
Complimentary Admission: IDS will offer a complimentary admission pass for the support person of a person with a disability. Persons with disabilities should visit the onsite box office on level 600 to obtain their admission and receive the complimentary support person’s pass.
IDS staff will do their best to communicate with people with disabilities in ways that take into account their disabilities.
To ensure your visit to IDS is a rewarding experience, contact us in advance to let us know how we can better assist you. Should you require accommodation please call 416-960-4501 or email email@example.com three weeks prior to the event opening day and we will work with you to meet your accessibility needs.
Emergency Evacuation Procedures
Persons requiring accommodation in the event of an emergency evacuation should notify the IDS staff at the main entrance of the show at the entrance to either Halls E or F.
Notice to Temporary Disruption

A clearly posted notice will include information about the reasons for the disruption, its anticipated length of time and a description of alternative facilities or services, if available. The notice will be posted at the point of service or facility disruption.
The ultimate goal of IDS is to meet and surpass expectations while serving customers with disabilities. Comments on our products, goods and services regarding how well those expectations are being met are welcome and appreciated.
